Programme Description
The International Internship Programme for Students (IIPS) is an avenue for qualified and motivated university students to gain valuable work experience with UN agencies around the world.
These internship opportunities are professional journeys lasting from 4 to 12 months with a UN office as a Junior Professional Consultant (JPC).
UNA-Canada negotiates meaningful, SDG-focused positions with United Nations agencies, providing applicants with valuable, demanding, and meaningful work experience in a field relevant to their studies and/or career aspirations. JPCs are recruited, trained, and supported throughout their internships.

John Wojcik
John Wojcik is a Senior Threat Researcher specializing in DNS threat intelligence and cybercrime in East and Southeast Asia at Infoblox. He works with governments and enterprises to strengthen cybersecurity resilience against evolving threats.
Previously, he was a Senior Analyst at UNODC in Bangkok, leading work on cyber-enabled fraud, money laundering, and virtual assets.
At Infoblox, he focuses on DNS intelligence and Protective DNS programs to help detect, prevent, and defend against cyber threats, while promoting DNS as a key foundation for modern security frameworks.
