Canada Green Corps is an innovative
youth employment programme designed to launch the careers
of talented, yet un- or underemployed, Canadian youth.
Funded through Environment and Climate Change Canada and Natural Resources Canada, Canada Green Corps strategically fulfills government commitments to provide new employment opportunities for youth and showcase national leadership on climate action.

Canada Green Corps - Science Technology Internship Program (STIP) supports youth and employers:
Kick-star careers in energy, forestry, mining, earth sciences and clean technology sectors
Create quality and inclusive work experiences that improve environmental outcomes in the natural resources sector
Build a skilled and diverse workforce
Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion by targeting 50% participation from employment equity groups
Canada Green Corps - Science Horizons (SH) assists Canadian youth in developing future skills and building diverse professional networks, through six-month Work-integrated Learning internships with employer partners across the country that will enable them to find meaningful and long-term employment.
My experience has been overwhelmingly positive working with a great team of awesome
people. I love asking technical questions and, with three engineers on site, I have a wealth of
knowledge to tap into.
