Brief Description: This educational play is about the Multilateral Agreement on Investment Treaty and its potential impact on human rights, in particular the right to self-determination. Canada is planning to sign te MAI in May 1998.Play is followed by a discussion featuring Ramon Grajo, Phillipine Solidarity Group & Vicky Smallman, OCJS. Speakers will also talk about MAI predecessors, APEC & NAFTA, the impacts of the global MAI with regional effects.

For this campaign Oxfam and Bridgehead have initiated an action:"Fair Trade Coffee - It's Time" aimed at getting your local coffeehouse to serve fair trade coffee.
