My perfect world would be no war because war and fighting are senseless and only sometimes on the very last occasions war is necessary. Unlike in Bosnia where one leader knows he can crush the other leader and they still continue to bomb the other person in their "safe" zone. There would be no more poverty , no more hunger, everyone would have a decent job and a nice home where they could supply there family with shelter, food and clothing.
