On May 28th 2008, the HC2 Team presented some key findings to the Subcommittee on Population Health of the Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology. Chaired by Honourable Senator Keon, this panel investigates how to bring the Population Health Approach to the Canadian Public.
