The Department procures for the UN Headquarters in New York, for
the United Nations Peace-Keeping Missions, for the regular programme
activities of the Regional Economic Commissions, and from time
to time, other organizations in the UN system, including disaster

UN Office for Project Services (UNOPS)
UNOPS is a self-financing entity of the UN system which provides
development services to projects and programmes supported by UN
members and organizations. It operates in partnership with UNDP
and other UN entities. UNOPS specializes in the management of
development projects funded by UNDP, by international financial
institutions such as the World Bank, by other UN Funds or Agencies,
by bilateral donors, and by recipient governments themselves.

UN Office at Geneva (UNOG)
Provides administrative support, accomodation, secretariat and
conference services and other facilities for the Economic Commission
for Europe, the Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees,
the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, the UN
Research Insitute for Social Development, the Geneva office of
the Department of Humanitarian Affairs, the Centre for Human Rights,
and as required, other units of the Secretariat. Provides conference
facilities for specialized agencies by arrangement. Manages the
Palais des Nations and UN properties in Geneva.
