This is a summary of arrangements for the United Nations Association
in Canada's 2008 Annual General Meeting.

Any UNA-Canada member-in-good standing is encouraged to attend
and participate fully in discussions. Please note however that
simply being a member-in-good standing does not equate to having
voting rights at the formal AGM. According to our national by-laws,
voting delegates during the formal AGM are those members-in-good
standing that have been designated by UNA-Canada Branches, plus
members of the National Board of Directors.

Seminar (3:00 - 6:00) and Dinner (6:30 - 8:30) - open to all
AGM delegates, UNA-Canada members and the general public. Cost
of dinner applicable to all, no special rate for delegates or
members.

Afternoon (1:00 - 5:30) - National Office presentations on national
programmes and projects
Evening (6:00 on) - dinner and social evening, organized by the
UNA-Canada Hamilton Branch. Prior registration is appreciated, cost
per person $25.00 |
