IYIP Programme - CLOSED

UNA-Canada will NOT be offering CIDA International Youth Internship Programme (IYIP) placements for the 2008-2009 year. The long-standing partnership UNA-Canada and CIDA has shared since 1997 has successfully placed hundreds of JPCs with UN organizations around the world.

If you are specifically seeking to participate in CIDA's (IYIP) programme, which is continuing to work with other servicing organizations for 2008-2009, you can find information on CIDA's International Youth Internship Program website. We wish you every success.

 

UNPP Programme - OPEN

UNA-Canada will continue to offer internship opportunities with our new United Nations Professional Placement (UNPP) programme which will meet the needs of a broader range of individuals seeking international work experience at UN agencies and other international think tanks around the world. Unlike IYIP, there are no upper age restrictions nor will participation in a previously funded international programme disqualify you.
