SENDING THE APPLICATION FORM Please send only ONE application to the JPC programme: Do not send a different application for each placement you are interested in. Your application will be considered for all placements. Please remember to have included your cover letter and CV IN the application form. Please note: Incomplete applications will not be considered. Do not include any other documents with your application (please, no transcripts, no reference letters). They will not be considered. Please send your application ONLY ONCE either by e-mail, fax or mail (Note: email is preferred). If you send your application by email, please use the following subject heading: "lastname firstname JPC application". Documents must be sent in Word format. Please send your application form to: Youth Internship Programmes Many applicants traditionally wait until the last day to apply. We strongly encourage you to apply in advance of the final day, as the deadlines are firm and late applications will not be accepted. If you apply by fax, UNA-Canada's fax machine may not be able to handle the high volume of faxes and we may not receive your application by the specified deadline.
HEARING BACK FROM UNA-CANADA UNA-Canada receives many applications for these placements. While we deeply appreciate your interest in applying, we will only contact short-listed candidates. If you are not contacted, you can assume that you have not been short-listed. Shortlisted candidates can expect to hear back from UNA-Canada by early June, but also as late as September.
