Kate White Legacy Fund

The United Nations Association in Canada is pleased to announce the launch of the Kate White Legacy Fund recognizing the outstanding 17-year commitment Kate made to the organization.

In recognition of Kate’s unique contributions to UNA-Canada, Ambassador Rae is pleased to share that an internship has been named at the Canadian mission to the United Nations in her honour. The opportunity to participate in an internship with the Canadian mission is, for many, a cornerstone of their careers, launching young people on a life-long path to deep engagement in civil society.

Each year, with the support of contributors to the campaign, UNA-Canada will prepare and share key supportive materials with the incoming intern.  The Kate White Fund will be established through a Community Foundation mechanism, UNA-Canada as the charitable beneficiary, enhancing its mandate to grow global citizens - aligned to your own environment, social and governance commitments.

We would be grateful for your financial contribution to support this objective and to help us recognize the legacy of this great Canadian by showing appreciation for all that Kate has done throughout her UNA-Canada career.
